Arbitration service - if a problem
occurs that you cannot resolve directly, you can file a complaint
with Trafford Enterprises, who will always investigate every
complaint and endeavour to provide an amicable solution. If you encounter
a problem, first try to resolve the matter with the member, and if
this fails contact 'ask ten+'. If your complaint is upheld, a
member can loose their accredited status and access to the ten+
networking organisation.
