How To Book Your Place

To attend a Trafford event you have to be invited by a member of Trafford, which is endorsed by the Trafford HQ, or you will have been invited directly by the Trafford HQ.  In either case we want to have a chat and that's how we like to book people in!

We're not going to ask you to complete an on-line form - we seem to be stuck in this age of everything being done digitally and fewer people actually talking to each other!

We want to talk to you real person to real person!  That way we can help ensure there will be an initial alignment of interests between you and the members of the group you wish to attend.  At the end of the conversation, if we both agree, your attendance would be beneficial to everyone concerned, we would be delighted to confirm your place.

So, either call us FREE on 0800-083 9098 and ask to speak to Jane Wilmer, our Guest Co-Ordinator; OR click Jane's picture below to send an email to Jane to request a call from her.

Jane will also be happy to answer any questions you may have.

ps. If you have not been directly invited by the Trafford HQ or a member of Trafford, but after visiting our website would be interested in attending one of our events, as a guest, please call Zoe Ward, Personal Assistant to Jason Trafford, on 01372-748110.

Terms and conditions apply.  The key terms are as follows:
1. The place is offered free of charge and without obligation. However, we do have a "no-show" policy, which means if you fail to attend the event, for whatever reason, there will be a no show charge of £74 + vat to pay.

2. In addition, all guests must successfully complete our Guest Booking Process, which ensures an alignment of interests between the guest and the members - after all we don't want to waste your time or our members.

3. Only members are entitled to sector exclusivity at the meeting.

4. We are inviting you to experience the format and meet the members. Business is not passed to guests during the event as there is no on-going relationship. However, members can identify opportunities which will be placed on hold and completed if the guest is invited and accepts membership to Trafford. Alternatively, members may request a one-to-one meeting to explore opportunities.
